國際技術史高峰論壇“現(xiàn)代社會中的工藝與創(chuàng)新”將于2018年6月1日至3日在中國絲綢博物館新猷資料館舉行。本次論壇由中國科學院自然科學史研究所、國際技術史學會和中國絲綢博物館聯(lián)合主辦。
舉辦本次論壇有兩個目的，一是探索中國和印度兩個大國在現(xiàn)代化和工業(yè)化進程中手工藝和工藝技術的意義；二是探討當代社會中手工藝與創(chuàng)新之間的關系，包括傳承與保護、創(chuàng)新與設計以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展、社會公平等。
屆時將邀請中國、印度、英國、新加坡、美國、德國、法國等國的專家學者20余位共同發(fā)表報告和討論（論壇參加人員和相關議程見附件），期望通過本次論壇的舉辦，出版相關的論文集，進一步加強跨學科之間的交叉，促進國與國之間的聯(lián)系和交流。

國際技術史學會簡介：
